Emails received during Mar 2001 I am a 37 year-old woman (married) and I developed a crush on my dentist who I know must be late 50's, maybe even 60 since he has been in business since 1966. Most older men today are paranoid about younger women and sex. It's just not worth the risk to get involved. Judges are handing out millions in other peoples money to any woman who says her dentist made a pass. There could be a number of reasons but certainly don't feel bad about being turned down - remember guys get turned down all the time. Scoring is a lot harder today because of legalities and AIDS. Especially with older men as they have had more years to learn how to say no. But keep trying anyways, don't give up the chase he wouldn't have given up so easily when he was 37... right?.
