Bowel Movements Average Joe

Healthy people eating a high fiber diet have a bowel movement (crap) twice a day, Unhealthy people eating a low fiber diet every two or three days.
What you ate several days ago is what you eliminate today.

It can take from 1 to 5 days for food to go from mouth to toilet bowel. The longer it takes the unhealthier you are.

Your poo should be firm, smooth and not smell particularly bad. Too hard, too soft or too smelly means you ate something wrong for your body a couple of days ago. If it's always either too hard, too soft or too smelly or too irregular you are probably eating a typical American Standard Diet .

Eat lots of organic veggies At least 90 percent of what you eat should be comprised of vegetables, fruits, grains and nuts - in their original state.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture: Each year the average American consumes 25 teaspoons of white sugar per day in their food. One 12-ounce can of Pepsi provides more sugar than a human should consume in a day. Added to all American produced foodstuff is a seeminly endless list of toxic chemicals and lab created mixes that only the makers know what they are (secret recipes).

Even when we are told we don't know what it is, for instance: STYRENE-DVB-ACRYLONITRILE-METHYL ACRYLATE, SULFONATED TETRAPOLYMER that's just the name of one ingredient added to what you eat. I looked up just the ACRYLONITRILE part and it said among it's descriptions. "Contact with skin or the eyes produces severe irritation. Inhalation or prolonged skin contact can produce confusion, unconsciousness, and death. Acrylonitrile is classified as a possible human carcinogen (IARC group 2B). Wear approved safety goggles, gloves and respirator during handling." ...yeah right, so why is it also a food additive?

Here is a list of food additives from the FDA. . It's a long list on a slow government computer and may take a while to load. The list shows 1000 added ingredients out of a total of 3000. Most of these laboratory creations have never been tested for long term effects. BUT they have all been tested for profitabilty and bring in billions and billions of dollars to the huge international corporations that make them. Americans eat more junkfood then any other nationality

What you eat is what you are, should also read... What you eat is what the government allows chemical companies to sell to food producers after being heavily lobbied by incredibly wealthy corporations.

If you feel bad it's most likely that you ate bad. If you feel bad you wont be able to enjoy a good wank. Eat differently - Eat nothing processed. Buy all your food from your local organic farmers market. Buy nothing prepackage or in cans and stop taking those drugs unless told by a doctor that they are the last resort before surgery.

3.5 billion prescriptions are written in the US (2003). Each year, more than 10 million adverse drug reactions occur in Americans over 50. 37% of these adverse reactions were not reported to the doctor, presumably because patients did not realize the reactions were due to the drug. This is not too surprising considering that most doctors admitted they did not explain possible adverse effects to their patients. Most Americans are compulsive drug addicts

Prescriptions cause the death, hospitalization, or serious injury of more than 2 million people in the United States each year, including more than 100,000 fatalities. In fact, adverse drug reactions are one of the leading causes of death in the United States. Most of the time, these dangerous events could and should have been avoided. Even the less drastic reactions, such as change in mood, loss of appetite, and nausea, may seriously diminish the quality of life.

Also quit eating meat as much as possible or reduce meals containing meat to two or three times a week at most. To help convince yourself think of your next juicy steak as just a dead animal part laced with deadly poisons.

You better be worried about bird flu! 70 percent of all antibiotics and related drugs produced in the United States are given to livestock and poultry. Very little, if any, are fed naturally and all are drugged continuously throughout their very short lives. These drugs are used for nontherapeutic purposes such as steriods and other growth accelerators and to prevent the diseases caused from overcrowded and unsanitary conditions at factory farms where profit is measured by how much you can get out of a square foot of space. This results in antibiotic-resistant bacteria that often causes difficult-to-treat diseases in humans as well as the passing along of the drugs and chemicals... and your bowels have to deal with all this - is it any wonder that well over half of all Americans suffer from a chronic disease? 88 percent of Americans over 65 years of age have at least one chronic health condition.

So what you eat is what your bowels have to deal with and most of the time your bowels can't do what nature intended because there is nothing natural about the food that Americans eat. What the intestines are supposed to do is overwhelmed by what you put in yourself and these additives make their way into your blood and organs and eventually saturate them, causing pain and discomfort that then makes you go to the doctor who prescibes more of the same.

Trust nothing you are told by profit driven corporations and take a big pinch of salt with FDA allowed additives. The economy may need food additives and prescriptions to keep afloat but you don't.

"... Compare the function of the colon in our bodies to a sewer system in a large city. Just imagine for a second what would happen if the sewers in our area became clogged by some debris. Undoubtedly, within a short time the whole neighborhood would be filled with filth and an unbearable stench. This is the same process that occurs in our bodies when the elimination system is not functioning properly. When the colon is clean and healthy, we experience an overall well-being. When it is congested with stagnant waste, poisons back up into the system and pollute the inner environment. This is called autointoxication or self-poisoning...

The longer the transit time, the longer the toxic waste matter sits in the bowels, allowing proteins to putrefy, fats to become rancid, and carbohydrates to ferment. The longer the body is exposed to rotting food in the intestines, the greater the risk of developing disease. Even with one bowel movement per day, there are still at least three meals’ worth of waste sitting in the colon at any given time.
